To Use : 
 
FACE - bring water to boil in pot or use face steamer add 1 tblespn to water and hold face above steam for 5-7 minutes. 
 
DRINK - add 1.5 teaspns to 1 cup of boiling water (in a French press or tea infuser), steep for 10 minutes strain + serve.
 
YONI- boil 8 cups of water to a medium heat. Add 2 tblespns of mixture to boiling water + cover. Boil for an additional 7 minutes. Take the pot off of the heat and allow herbs to steep for an extra 5 minutes. Add to thrown, Sit + enjoy
 
FEET - Follow instructions above + place liquid in a heat-safe container. Allow liquid to cool and soak feet for up to 30 minutes.
